Ride a bike, get healthier!

I have no doubt that you know so well where your closest gas station is. But I am not so sure that heard about bike station. If you don’t have to drive long miles every day then saddling bike looks like right idea for at least a couple of reasons.  First, driving a car within two miles around area is not economic. Second, riding a bike would help improving your health and losing a couple of pounds. Of course, riding a bike provides more exercise than driving a car. And third, every time you ride a bike you will feel a bit closer to nature: birds, winds and tender scent of trees and flowers. Furthermore with cities embracing cycling by building bike trails and lanes and setting up bike-sharing stations, the general health effects of biking can now be studied en masse.
